  • Absolutely! We love creating custom floral arrangements tailored to your style, color palette, and budget.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Yes. Since flowers are seasonal and availability may vary, certain blooms may need to be substituted. If a substitution is necessary, we will contact you for approval whenever possible. Any replacement flowers will be carefully selected to match the original arrangement’s style, color palette, and overall design as closely as possible.

  • Yes! Every bouquet includes a complimentary personalized message card.

  • We proudly deliver to Charlotte, Monroe, Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Mint Hill, and surrounding areas.

    Our local delivery fees are based on distance:

    •⁠ ⁠Up to 5 miles: $10–15
    •⁠ ⁠5–10 miles: $20
    •⁠ ⁠10–15 miles: $30

    If your delivery address is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us for availability and a custom delivery quote.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments through Zelle and Venmo. Payment details for Zelle and Venmo will be provided after your order is confirmed.

  • We recommend booking your event florals at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow enough time for planning and sourcing the freshest flowers.

    If your event is less than 3 weeks away, don’t hesitate to contact us. If our schedule allows, we’ll be happy to accommodate your event and create something beautiful for your special day.

  • Absolutely! We’ll work with you to create beautiful floral designs that fit your vision and budget without compromising quality.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
