Yes. Since flowers are seasonal and availability may vary, certain blooms may need to be substituted. If a substitution is necessary, we will contact you for approval whenever possible. Any replacement flowers will be carefully selected to match the original arrangement’s style, color palette, and overall design as closely as possible.

We proudly deliver to Charlotte, Monroe, Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Mint Hill, and surrounding areas.
Our local delivery fees are based on distance:
• Up to 5 miles: $10–15
• 5–10 miles: $20
• 10–15 miles: $30
If your delivery address is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us for availability and a custom delivery quote. -
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments through Zelle and Venmo. Payment details for Zelle and Venmo will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
